Tumbuh Global, founded in January 2018, is an internationally recognized educational design and executive consulting firm. We work with theological schools, government training entities, nonprofit organizations, and religious bodies to build sustainable, high-impact educational ecosystems. By integrating organizational strategy and adult learning theory with advanced pedagogical design, we center our work on the principles of Global Citizenship Education (GCED). In solidarity with the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we equip institutional leaders to bridge the gap between their mission and the needs of the modern learner, fostering resilient ecosystems that drive spiritual, professional, and global formation toward a more just and sustainable world.
Tumbuh (‘tomb-boo“) is an Indonesian word meaning “to spring forth, emerge, or grow.” We chose this name for our firm at the prompting of international colleagues who believed that this word most accurately described our work in the world.
