In partnership with the Pathways for Tomorrow Coordination Program, Tumbuh Global is pleased to offer a suite of specialized services designed to strengthen the digital infrastructure and pedagogical depth of Pathways for Tomorrow grantees. These six offerings—comprising two EdTech consulting pathways, two pedagogical workshop series, and two instructional design labs—are funded by the Pathways for Tomorrow Coordination Program through a grant from the Lilly Endowment Inc. to support the long-term sustainability of your institutional mission. We bridge the gap between innovation and sustainability, providing the expertise needed to turn your grant-funded initiatives into lasting pillars of your institution. EdTech Optimization Audits provide a comprehensive analysis of the digital tools powering your online learning environment. EdTech Strategy Consulting provides a guided, data-driven process for institutional leaders launching new online programs or evaluating major technological pivots for an existing one. Sustainable Pedagogy Workshop Series - Begins March 23rd
The Sustainable Pedagogy Workshop Series focuses on designing high-quality, engaging content that drives long-term engagement and sustainability. By streamlining development workflows, we empower online theological educators to create 'evergreen' materials that reduce the need for constant updates. This strategic approach not only preserves instructional integrity but also lowers the long-term overhead costs associated with digital course maintenance. *In partnership with the Pathways for Tomorrow Coordination Program, this workshop series will be hosted on Tumbuh Global’s online education platform, The School of Global Citizenry.

Instructional Design Leadership Academy - Begins August 24th
The Instructional Design Leadership Academy is a four-week intensive designed for faculty leaders and administrators ready to move beyond "emergency" digital responses toward an intentional, sustainable digital infrastructure. This academy reframes instructional design as a leadership function—one that builds the strategic infrastructure necessary to align digital learning with your school’s unique mission, student needs, and grant objectives. Participants will emerge not just as technical users but as digital advocates equipped to design a cohesive ecosystem that earns the confidence of faculty, students, and stakeholders alike.

Cross-Institutional Course Development Workshop Series - Begins Oct. 5th
The Cross-Institutional Course Development Workshop Series helps stakeholders in large-scale grants navigate the complexities of collaborative course design. We provide the technical and operational frameworks necessary to develop high-quality curricula across multiple institutions. By establishing shared standards for design and delivery, we help partner schools synchronize their efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for students and faculty. The New Ventures Lab - Begins Nov. 9th
The New Ventures Lab is a strategic accelerator for theological leaders who are tasked with transitioning grant-funded ideas into self-sustaining, non-degree or non-credit-bearing online or hybrid programs. As lifelong learning departments are increasingly asked to operate entrepreneurially within larger institutions, we provide specialized program design frameworks for marketing, selling, and growing non-degree programs. By building intentional enrollment and delivery systems as well as communication portals, we help you bridge the gap between traditional degree models and modern, revenue-generating online education ventures. *In partnership with the Pathways for Tomorrow Coordination Program, this workshop series will be hosted on Tumbuh Global’s online education platform, The School of Global Citizenry.
