The New Ventures Lab is a strategic accelerator for theological leaders who are tasked with transitioning grant-funded ideas into self-sustaining, non-degree or non-credit-bearing online or hybrid programs. As lifelong learning departments are increasingly asked to operate entrepreneurially within larger institutions, we provide specialized program design frameworks for marketing, selling, and growing non-degree programs.
