Rev. Dr. Lindsay Andreolli-Comstock
Lindsay Andreolli-Comstock (she, her, hers) is co-founder and managing director of Tumbuh Global. She also serves as the president and principal consultant for The School of Global Citizenry, a program of Tumbuh. Lindsay is a senior instructional designer, e-learning developer, LXD consultant, ordained clergyperson, international immersion guide, small business owner, and published author with more than 24 years of nonprofit and B Corp-spirited for-profit experience.
Lindsay is an Alliance of Baptists minister, CEU-certified online instructor, former anti-human trafficking specialist to Southeast Asia, and three-time executive director. She has lived in 5 countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Greece, and Albania), traveled to more than 30 countries, spent half of her adult life living abroad, and speaks fluent Bahasa Indonesia and Bahasa Melayu.
Lindsay earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Baptist Theological Seminary at Richmond, Virginia (2007) and a Doctor of the Advanced Practice of Ministry (D.Min) from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary (2015) in Kentucky, where she recently served three years on the Alumni Board of Directors. Lindsay's doctoral thesis focused on adult curriculum design and development.
She has served on the Executive Leadership Team of the Association of Leaders in Lifelong Learning for Ministry (ALLLM) since January 2022 and as Vice President of the Kranky Thumb Collective (KTC) since 2025.
Lindsay Andreolli-Comstock provides a deep understanding of organizational strategy and adult curriculum design. As an ordained Alliance of Baptists minister with a Doctor of Ministry in the Advanced Practice of Ministry focusing on adult curriculum design and development, her work is supported by 23 years of executive leadership experience in mission-driven organizations. Her previous work includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer of Convergence (formerly The Center for Progressive Renewal), Executive Director of The Beatitudes Society, and Interim Director of Justice Ministry Education at Auburn Seminary. Lindsay’s expertise is not just theoretical; as president of Tumbuh’s online school and training center, The School of Global Citizenry, she has an unparalleled, firsthand understanding of the strategic decisions required to operate a successful online learning platform for mission-driven audiences.

Rev. Mary Andreolli, MFA
Mary Andreolli (she, her, hers) is co-founder, senior multimedia designer, and educational content developer for Tumbuh Global and The School of Global Citizenry. Mary is a passionate visual storyteller specializing in motion media design, video production, illustration, AR, and AI. She has over 15 years of professional experience in visual communications, working with government contractors, nonprofits, corporations, and faith-based institutions.
With animated films previewed at the 2022 TEDinArabic Conference and the 2021 Nobel Peace Prize Virtual Summit, and regularly reshared by Adobe Aero on Instagram, Mary demonstrates a relentless commitment to learning and sharing the visual stories of vulnerable populations around the world. She was awarded a DeRose-Hinkhouse Memorial Award for excellence in religious communications and public relations in 2017.
Mary created, produced, and hosted Every Day Grace TV for the North Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church (NCCUMC), which is available on YouTube and Roku. She has also worked for Epic Games, focused on ICVFX Virtual Production workflows in Unreal Engine 5.
Mary earned a Master of Divinity (M.Div) from Wake Forest University in North Carolina, a Master’s certificate from the Center for Cartoon Studies in Vermont, and a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Motion Media Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Atlanta, Georgia. Her MFA master’s thesis focused on evoking the spiritual through motion media design using forms and patterns found in nature.
Mary is an American Baptist ordained minister, a visual communications specialist, a CEU-certified online instructor, and has traveled to more than 40 countries around the world, and has lived abroad for 6 years in five different countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Nepal, Greece, and Albania).
Mary Andreolli brings a rare combination of technical, analytical, and creative vision. An ordained American Baptist minister, Mary has decades of experience in systems integration and religious communications, including serving as the Executive Director of Communications and Fundraising for the General Board of Global Ministries (GBGM) of the United Methodist Church. Holding an MFA in Motion Media Design, a Master of Divinity, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP), she has produced award-winning media and consulted on virtual production workflows with industry leaders, including Epic Games. Mary’s expertise ensures that our online solutions are both technologically sound and well-executed.
